The “10-80-10″ Principle of People Management

Tweet  I learned this principle from the President of  one of my employers, the “10-80-10″ Principle : Of the 100% of your employee, 10% are top performer and self motivated. Another 10% are problem employees, regardless of what interventions you apply. The remaining 80% are employees who respond directly to how the company treats them.
