Sonnie Santos has more than 2 decades of experience in People Development and Management, and 8 years in Social Web Marketing.

Presently, he is the Managing Director of WSPH Training and Consulting, he writes for Yahoo! and content partner for Surf Safe of Globe Telecoms.

He received an award from Philippine Blog Awards for his initiative on Cyber wellness on 2010. Yahoo! Safely also partnered with Sonnie during the Family Edition of Purple Hunt to promote online safety. He used to write for the Philippine Online Chronicles- Blogwatch.

Sonnies’ last corporate portfolio prior to starting his own company was Asst. Vice President for Human Resources.

He is known for the following initiatives:

• “Spiritual intelligence” as framwork to  W.A.V.E.  [Work Attitude, Values & Ethics]

• Cyber Wellness

• ABS CBN interview on how to use social media responsibly. Written after one of PNoy’s Usec was criticized for careless tweets in Vietnam
• ZDNet Asiaan article on how to use social media for SME’s.
